I have learned that talk therapy is great AND letting our brain do the work is even better. My therapy styles include EMDR and PQ which are trainings that allow me to guide your process of allowing your brain to do the work to get where you need to be today.

It is possible to adjust decision making, emotions, and feelings through building brain muscles. Even with a slight variation in efforts of how we show up in our day, we can learn to become more positive and happy.

EMDR

EMDR is a therapy technique using bilateral movements such as tapping, eye-movements, etc. to go into maladaptive stores memories in our brain and try to neutralize the memory in order to shift how we show up today and the future. This work with how our brain can heal and grow, I assist with this process.

EMDR can speed up the process of therapy and have more sustainable results, especially with PQ.

Positive Intelligence (PQ)

We feel so stuck it our patterns and habits, yet we are lucky that our brain is NOT HARDWIRED. There is the ability to reset and adjust the wiring in our brain! And, make our busy and challenging everyday ENJOYABLE.

PQ does just this in an attainable and sustainable style. I have always had trouble meditating yet I was able to “meditate” the way.

We can lift the fog and clean out the cobwebs, with guidance, allowing our brain to create new pathways. Sometimes you see the light and it washes away quickly, and then you quickly go back to the old ways. The key is to learn sustainable practices so the new learning stays with you in life.
